Sam is an osteopathic manual practitioner with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the United Kingdom and clinical experience across London, Hong Kong, and Calgary. His international training and diverse practice background allow him to adapt treatment strategies to individuals with varied movement demands and performance expectations. He’s also currently working on a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning – making him a double-threat!

Sam’s clinical focus includes head, neck, and shoulder mechanics, as well as foot and knee performance, with particular expertise in impact-related and throwing injuries. As a former semi-professional rugby player, he brings firsthand insight into contact sport demands and recovery, and has developed a strong clinical interest in concussion treatment and confident return-to-play / return-to-work planning.

He has worked with a broad spectrum of clients – from professional athletes to global CEO’s – supporting performance, resilience, and sustainable progress in health and movement.

Sam’s approach centres on clarity, collaboration, and progression – equipping clients to understand their bodies, restore confidence in movement, and perform at their best.

If you’re looking for Osteopathy, “Osteo” or Osteopathic Manual Therapy… (whichever one you call it!)… Sam is your go-to in downtown Calgary inside Eau Claire Athletic Club. Non-club members also welcome in our clinic.
