Victoria is an exercise physiologist (CSEP-CEP) and holds a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Western University and Masters of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary.
Her diverse background includes working with individuals across the health and performance spectrum, from those living with long-term disabilities and clinical conditions to national, Olympic/Paralympic-level athletes.
Victoria has a strong belief in using individualized, evidence based testing and programming. This, in combination with the mindset that training should be fun, makes her a well-rounded practitioner who helps clients feel confident and supported.
Victoria has re-ignited her love for running, and can be found training for her next marathon, hitting the ski slopes in winter, or exploring new restaurants around Calgary.
