From an early age, Alex has been captivated by the intricacies of the human body. Her academic journey began with a focus on the mind and brain, leading to a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Mary’s University in Halifax. During this period, she also achieved success in winning two Atlantic Conference banners and vied for two Canadian National volleyball championships.
Her pursuit of knowledge continued at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, where her interest in human anatomy and physiology deepened significantly. Upon graduating in 2015, she established her Massage Therapy practice in Calgary and has been continually refining her expertise. She is currently enrolled at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, completing her long time dream of obtaining a diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences. She is scheduled to graduate in 2028.
She remains consistently fascinated by the human body and is deeply committed to her ongoing professional development. It is with much gratitude and determination that Alex takes all she has learned, all she has experienced, and shares it through practice and teaching to help anyone who walks through her door.
When she’s not at work or in school, Alex loves hiking adventures in the mountains with her partner and dog, Louie.
