Over the past few months, I’ve been working with her to strengthen my back and body in preparation for surgery. For the first time in years, I’ve been able to work out and build strength without pain. My trust in Carla is absolute. She has not only guided me physically but has also given me something I hadn’t felt in a long time: hope.
On July 28, I will undergo L2-3 DLIF surgery (right-sided approach) with minimally invasive posterior pedicle screw fixation. I go into this surgery confident that the work I’ve done with Carla has set me up for the best possible outcome.
