Liam’s journey into health and fitness began through a competitive volleyball career, where he was introduced to resistance training to improve on-court performance. After dealing with multiple injuries, he became fascinated with biomechanics and injury prevention – ultimately leading him to pursue a deeper understanding of the human body and movement.
Since 2018, Liam has been helping others improve their strength, resilience, and confidence through fitness. He holds a degree in Physical Education & Exercise Science and has continued to pursue advanced education through both hands-on coaching and industry-leading courses. Liam takes a scientific, principle-based approach to training and prides himself on teaching clients how to move with precision and push their limits safely.
With experience working with beginners, post-rehab clients, and international-level athletes, Liam focuses on building strong communication and trust to guide people toward long-term, sustainable progress.
