A former competitive track athlete herself, Tessa is Run, Jump, Throw certified and holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a focus on pedagogy from the University of Calgary. Her coaching style is calm, attentive, and adaptive – focused on progress without unnecessary pressure. She’s spent years supporting clients across the performance and rehab spectrum, from new runners and returning athletes to those recovering from injury or navigating complex movement issues.
