Since graduating from the University of Calgary with her Master of Kinesiology, Chantelle has been coaching athletes of all levels. Her endurance coaching experience spans from 5K beginners taking their first strides to seasoned marathoners qualifying for Boston.
Chantelle believes that the basics are key, both in training and recovery. Her approach is rooted in her deep understanding of exercise physiology, balancing data-driven insights with an athlete’s personal experience to guide smart, sustainable progress. More than anything, Chantelle believes that athletes are people first and that everyone needs someone in their corner who truly believes in them.
Chantelle loves working with runners who are new to the sport or tackling a new race distance. The progress at this stage is incredibly rewarding for both the athlete and coach, and she thrives on helping athletes build confidence, resilience, and a love for working towards a goal.
