She specializes in [specialty areas — e.g., return-to-sport programming, youth athlete development, women’s strength training], and brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every program she builds.
Her journey into kinesiology began in high school, when she worked as a receptionist at a physiotherapy clinic. Observing the physiotherapists and kinesiologists daily, she quickly realized this was the career path she wanted to pursue. She fell in love with fitness and health, knowing she wanted to help others and be part of the healthcare field — making kinesiology the perfect fit.
Renee earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta, majoring in adapted physical activity. Her passion for health and sports runs deep — she grew up playing various sports, with a particular love for volleyball, and has been in the gym since she was 13. Her background includes yoga, CrossFit, powerlifting, resistance training, and endurance training, giving her a well-rounded lens for meeting clients wherever they are in their journey.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Renee in the gym, at a sports game, exploring a café or brewery, traveling the world, or camping.
