Rebecca “Becca” Morrison is an Exercise Physiologist and Strength Coach with over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.  After graduating university in 2014, she worked across a diverse range of settings — from multidisciplinary clinics to running her own Exercise Physiology business in Australia.

Becca has worked with a wide variety of clientele throughout her career, including Defence personnel requiring injury rehabilitation and physical performance optimization, chronically ill patients looking to improve their quality of life, older adults focusing on mobility and functional health, and athletes chasing peak performance. This range gives her a rare versatility — the ability to meet clients wherever they are, whether they’re rebuilding from injury, managing a long-term health condition, or pushing for their next PR.Becca swapped oceans for mountains when she moved to Calgary in 2024.

She’s a competitive Powerlifter and CrossFitter back home in Australia, and that personal experience under the barbell informs the way she coaches — with a deep respect for strength training as one of the most powerful tools for long-term health.When she’s not at the gym, you’ll find Becca in the mountains, either snowboarding or hiking.
